- Proficiency in C programming language.
- Proven experience in embedded software development (design, implementation, testing, debugging).
- In-depth knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS), preferably QNX.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, including punctuality, reliability, and dedication.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive and collaborative team player.
- Experience in graphic driver or middleware development (OpenGL).
- Experience in development processes compliant with automotive functional safety standards (ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE).
- Bilingual English and Japanese (N3 and above)
