AI-Powered Voice Transcription and Analytics Platform

RevComm is a Japanese-based startup providing MiiTel, a cloud IP phone with voice analysis AI for businesses, and MiiTel Meetings, an AI-powered online meeting analysis tool. It aims to reduce friction in communication and enable people in society to communicate their thoughts in a better way.  

MiiTel, the company’s first product, is an IP phone with voice analysis AI for businesses. It records telephone sales and customer responses automatically, and then AI transcribes, analyzes, and visualizes to determine what and how the customer and the person in charge are talking.  

Another product is MiiTel Meetings, which leverages AI-based transcription and talk analysis functions to enable the visualization and internal sharing of online meetings. It aims to boost the productivity of a business’s internal and external communication. 

RevComm initially had a team of engineers native to Japan. However, when it planned to enter the international market, it started expanding its team by hiring potential individuals from across the world.
