The company’s mission is to develop a comprehensive healthcare guide for everyone across the globe. It is one of the most agile companies in APAC, with over 600 releases and 200 interviews every year. 

Ubie’s flagship product is a mobile healthcare app called AI Symptom Checker. It is an AI-powered patient questionnaire app that automatically generates comprehensive reports based on responses to questions on symptoms. The report includes potential causes, severity, and care options by professional doctors. 

The company collaborates with more than 50% of pharma companies having expertise in the treatment field. The app connects patients to the appropriate healthcare professional to start the right treatment at the right time. 

More than 7 million patients across the globe use the AI Symptom Checker. In 2020, the company received the “Japan Service Award” in innovation for transforming the working style of doctors.

Interview Process 

Ubie’s interview process has four steps – Paper interview, Ubieness interview, Final interview, and Interview for a job offer. The first step requires you to fill in a short Google Form to help the company know you better and your past experiences. The second step validates whether you are a perfect match for Ubie. If you are applying for an SWE or Product Designer position, you must go through a case interview.  The third step involves an interview with the co-founder, and the final one lets you know about your job role and various conditions, like relocation, salary, stock options, etc.
